SUMMARY: The Manager, Secondary Loan Administration will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing the due diligence process and team required to complete the Credit and QC review related to the purchasing of mortgage loans from correspondent lenders. The position will collaborate with internal teams and manage the loan purchase process, while working with our business development managers and correspondent banking partners to ensure “investment grade’ quality. This role will also be responsible for building and monitoring performance reports that help guide the overall quality of the program. All of this being done while keeping in mind the value of liquidity first and why that is important to a true program offering.

This position will work with internal and external partners as they evaluate the loan quality, clear conditions, and authorize loans to be purchased. They will also provide feedback and input on the development and monitoring of performance reports that help guide the overall quality of the program. This position will also collaborate with our business development managers and correspondent banking partners to ensure “investment grade’ quality.
